First off, I thought it would benefit us to have a light-hearted constructive evaluation and review of some Warcraftlogs as we farm the final bosses the xpac. As a guild we are good, but there are always a few things we can improve on. I would like people to post constructive remarks and suggestions on what we can do as a guild to constantly improve. Ultimately, my goal is that people start reading their own logs, and continue to improve their own play, and see where they can help the guild in farm and progression.
What one expect from my log evals:
1. I may not always be right. I know how to read logs very well, but I can easily overlook things. Logs don't tell anyone every little situation and therefore I can not deduce every time what you were or were not trying to accomplish
2. I am not going to analyze your class spec or your rotation...ever. Most of you know your rotations better than I could specify. Additionally, those evaluations would take far too long.
3. I am not the type of person that is "calling you out". I work hard in this guild to be and officer, help raid lead, be enjoyable, liked, and well-respected. If I do mention that you were doing something wrong, it is purely a means to improve. Which leads me to my last, but likely most important point...
4. If I see guild-members/raiders take to this as a means to start being a first-rate douchebag I will ban you from the website among other things. The purpose of these evaluations are for teamwork, sportsmanship, and a means to improve. If you treat it differently, I will act accordingly.
Raid Eval: 3/8/2016.
Overview: overall one of the fastest and best "farm" nights of the final three bosses. MUCH better than previous week. All told, very few BIG mistakes so the comments below won't amount to much but they may help identify some areas to improve.
Overall, we have a problem with potion use (all fights). Many dps are NOT potting twice in the fight. I did not evaluate if all second pots are being used at lust, but a brief view of this indicate they are not.
Overall, there can be more improvement on interrupts and death speed of imps still. There is some imp damage/fire that while not high, leads to more stuff on ground. This was not bad compared to some of our previous attempts, but can be improved.
I will more closely compare imp damage in future reviews. Overall, it was a solid performance. Interestingly enough...the Bubble Wand was used by a player at 3:17 into the fight for 2.14% uptime! ... that's a wierd keybind!
Only 1 dps used 1 potion. Compared to normal attempts when 1/3rd of dps don't use a second.
Only 1 PULSE of hellfire (from Infernals).
COULD BE IMPROVED:
Doomfire Infernals number 4 and 5 (second wave) did 1.2 million in healing. Compare this to our WIPE number 2 when the first 2 waves of infernals only healed for 32k.
WIPE #2 on Archimonde:
Seething Corruption kills 2 people at 4:33 and 5:29 (Hestia and Saro respectively).
No one 'caught' Kelatura on Shadowfel Burst: we must know what classes can immune and not immune so that Dest doesn't have to call all of them out.
Rain of Chaos Deaths: at 3:57 with 3 tics of that being done.
Infernal with 1.4 million healing.
We lost Subvatio (tank) with low healing (7 seconds) with almost all healing coming from Aerinis. His cooldown use was good.
WIPE number 3 on Archimonde:
Doomfire death Frijoles from lack of healing: 850k damage with only 325k healing (mostly from Charine).
Unleashed Torrent death (instant)then followed by Mark of Legion death (instant): both these types can be avoided.
Seething Corruption death...gotta run.
the positive: only 32k healing (already mentioned) on the Infernal which is just awesome.

MANNY KILL: The kill pretty clean. It is questionable to truly evaluate potion use due to fight ramp up at start, but please make sure you are using one at LUST.
The deaths here by replay where due to a couple of mechanics:
In final phase: Frijoles dies to Gripping shadows. Looking at replay, Lilaq is way in back with Gul'dan debuff, and not in attackable range of boss. Both parties need to recognize this positioning to not take the stacks, and not be there. Leilah has only a few attempts, but we'll want melee up at Manny's flanks. This lead to his push-back/death off platform 14 seconds later.
Stack just prior to the Shadowforce (even with Gul-dan's) to avoid being shoved off.
TOP IMP DAMAGE: Vel, Object, Beans, Vran, Pixel, Ddos = 68% of imp damage.
Bottom 3 Imp damage: 8% total damage to imps.
MANNY WIPE #1:
Ddos died from Gaze 1:12. Watching replay, position was not with group, and soaking would have required someone to really recognize/anticipate and go out to soak.
Vel: lost to Gripping shadows: Part too many stacks, part not enough healing with those stacks.
Tsumugiya: bad position at start of shadowforce, died to ticking damage prior to being shoved off platform, but would have ranged any healer.
Saronite: soaked Gaze and died. recieved 532,122 damage. Positioning was correct, just clipped 2-3 circles and had more damage than could be healed at that time.
We lose tank (Subvatio) to Massive Blast (1.2 million damage), and things fall apart shortly
IMP DAMAGE: 70% of imp damage is done by 5 dps. Vel, Beans, Object, Pixel, Vran. While some classes are "better", make sure we are always hard switching to priority targets.
Top Dread Infernal damage: Kel, Saro, Vel, Luci, Fisk, Pixel, and even Vran with nearly 8% from a melee. Melee not necessarily expected to hit Infernals, but melee SHOULD be hitting Imps.
I will go in more detail of fights as I get feedback of what people like to hear, and what helps.
